About Her Website Launchpad
I’m Leslie Walters Smith. I’ve worked in marketing and communications for 30+ years, founded my agency, Heron Design, in 2001, and have built over 200 websites since — many of them fully custom projects for businesses with big budgets.
Her Website Launchpad exists because most women starting a business don’t have that budget, and honestly, don’t need it yet. So we systemized everything we’ve learned into a done-for-you process: the same quality, faster, without the tech chaos or the custom-design price tag.
